The Bailey Family Legacy Foundation Scholarship Program
Empowering the Next Generation of Gauchos
The Bailey Family Legacy Foundation was established in 1996 by El Cerrito High School alumni Patricia Neilson Bailey and Clarke Higgins Bailey, proud members of the Class of 1972. The Baileys' cherished memories of their years at El Cerrito and deep ties to the northern California community inspired them to create this scholarship program to support future generations of Gauchos.
"Clarke and I would not be where we are today without our time at El Cerrito, it is where we began our journey together."
- Patricia Bailey, Class of '72
Our Mission
The Bailey Family Legacy Foundation Scholarship Program is dedicated to giving back to the El Cerrito community by supporting current students in their pursuit of higher education. Through this program, Patricia and Clarke Bailey aim to continue the proud legacy of excellence and community spirit that defines El Cerrito High School.
"We loved our time at El Cerrito and want to help today's students achieve their dreams and thrive." - Clarke Bailey, Class of '72
